The leak report

Free · delivered within a week

A written diagnostic. Caliet listens to the discovery conversation, applies the operating frameworks, and names three to four candidate leaks in the business — with directional estimates of what each one is costing.

Solution design

Solution design considers all the levers — process redesign, tooling, role changes, automation, and AI where it genuinely fits. The leak determines the tools, not the other way around.
